What is a Buyer’s Advocate?

A Buyer's Advocate (also known as Buyer's Agent) works exclusively for the property buyer to negotiate the purchase of a property either by private sale or auction. dux property will:

  • Take the time to discuss and determine your needs
  • Seek out and inspect properties and provide an assessment of their suitability and likely selling price based on your needs
  • Organise a building inspection where necessary.
  • Organise for any contracts to be checked by a solicitor.
  • Negotiate with the selling agent or bid on your behalf at auction.
  • Remove your stress and help you secure the right property at the right price all the while giving you back your weekends!
Too many buyers pay more than they need to by not asking the right questions, not understanding the process, being too emotional or by being influenced by agents working for the vendor.

dux property has experienced many possible scenarios and inner workings of the real estate industry and is now successfully working on the other side of the transaction by helping buyers relieve the stress of the buying process while giving clients a better opportunity of securing the right property without paying more than they need to.

We offer a full search and aquisition service through to a negotiating and bidding only service. We can just attend an auction and simply make your bids for you. We know the best tactics to keep the auction process in your favour.

At dux property, we will;
  1. Determine your specific needs – we will listen to you and listen again
  2. Search for the right properties to meet these needs.
  3. Assess the property for you and give you an indication of what we believe it is worth; giving you current and up to date market data to support this information
  4. Negotiate the purchase of the property either pre auction, at auction or private sale.
