Nicole has been working in sales for 20 years and real estate for over 10 of these years. She started her career in a Bayside agency selling residential homes and moving to project marketing and off the plan sales. She has held Sales and Marketing Management positions for leading international property developers in Melbourne’s Docklands precinct. Nicole has worked as a senior sales person with Century 21 Brighton and Wentworth Real Estate, St Kilda.An REIV Member and licensed estate agent with marketing qualifications from Monash University, Nicole is passionate about customer service and her professionalism makes her stand out from the average real estate agent. Moving into Buyers Advocacy work has been a natural progression for Nicole as she takes her enthusiasm for real estate to a new level of customer service, finding, matching and negotiating the purchase or sale of properties for her clients.

With postgraduate qualifications in Marketing, and a 20 year career in international business, Zac brings fresh and exciting ideas about ways to approach, capture and appeal to the market for any client. He is also a regular on the speaker circuit, on the new marketing methods of digital and mobile marketing. At the forefront of the Internet in the 90s, he headed up the International Business Development division of one of the Internet’s first and most successful software companies, Sausage Software, as they grew from a small startup to a successful public company. More recently he held the role of Executive General Manager of ASX listed technology company Blaze Limited, managing a team of developers and marketers.
Always with a passion for property development, Zac has also managed the development and renovation of several properties in exclusive Bayside locations.
